The record

Dolphy splits his time between bass clarinet and alto across two long pieces cut live at the Five Spot, with Booker Little on trumpet, Mal Waldron at the piano, Richard Davis and Ed Blackwell. 'Booker's Waltz' is the reason to own it. Prestige issued the record in 1965 as PR 7334, Robert Levin's notes dated August 1964.
