The record
Recorded weeks after her husband's passing, this is Alice's first date as leader -- harp and piano voicing a grief that turns devotional, with Garrison and dual drummers easing the music from Coltrane's quartet toward her own cosmic modal language.

Superior Viaduct's SV020 from 2014 is the cleanest modern reissue on file; Verve did a limited yellow pressing in 2024.
