Pressings
The earliest pressing on file here is the 1962 US stereo, RLP 9407; a second 1962 stereo carries the number as RS 9407, and mono turns up as RLP 407, in the US only as a promo and as a UK stock copy. Riverside reissued both in 1966 as RS 9407 and RM 407. The Original Jazz Classics reissue, OJC-234, is the cheap way in; a numbered 45 RPM cut of RLP 9407 followed in 2004.
