Pressings
The earliest we list is a 1960 US Vee Jay stereo carrying a misprinted VJSR-1016 label and a deep groove; the number this record normally wears is SR 3004, also 1960. Mono and stereo both run VJLP-3004 from 1964, and a 1967 stereo repress is numbered LP 3004. Japan pressed it in mono repeatedly -- RJL-6001 in 1981, RJL-2302 in 1984 -- and those are the cleanest copies short of an early US one.
