The earliest on file is a 1966 US mono, BLP 4249, with a Van Gelder stamp and a laminated sleeve -- two 1966 monos are listed, one pressed by All Disc and one by Keel, and a 1966 stereo BST 84249 carries the same stamp. A 1967 mono follows, then stereo repressings in 1969 and 1970. Modern copies are thin on the ground: a 2011 European BLP 4249/84249 and a 2012 French 180 gram BST 84249.
