Not a solo country-blues record: Leonard Gaskin's bass and Herbie Lovelle's drums sit behind Hopkins's guitar and voice through Black Ghost Blues, My Babe and The Howling Wolf. A blues session issued on a jazz label, which the Prestige catalog number PR 7377 tells you before the needle drops. The copy documented here is a 1965 German stereo pressing, notes by Chris Albertson.
