Pressings
The earliest pressings on file are all 1964: mono and stereo both on Prestige PR 7316, with the stereo also listed as PRST 7316. One 1964 mono shows a deep groove on side two and a laminated sleeve, and 1965 repressings carry RVG stamps. Britain had it on Stateside, SL 10124. The reissue in general circulation is OJC-352 from 1989. The PR 24037 sets are compilations, not this album -- do not buy one expecting it.
