Smith's organ with Thornel Schwartz on guitar and Donald Bailey on drums, opening on 'The Champ' and easing through 'Deep Purple' and 'Moonlight In Vermont' before 'Ready 'N Able' picks the tempo back up. Babs Gonzales wrote the notes, Francis Wolff shot the photos, Reid Miles did the cover. Blue Note 1514, 1956, produced by Alfred Lion.
