Trumpet and tenor in close company -- Art Farmer with Hank Mobley, Kenny Drew at the piano, Addison Farmer on bass and Elvin Jones on drums. Pressings
The earliest on file is a 1958 US Prestige mono, catalog 8203 -- but read that number carefully, because the same 8203 carries the 1964 and 1965 New Jazz reissues, and it is a New Jazz copy that shows the deep groove and RVG stamp. The label name, not the number, tells you what you are holding. A 1961 UK Esquire 32-137 is the period import; OJC-398 from 1989 is the clean modern route.
