The record
A brief detour from Blue Note into Atlantic's ledger, with Pearson expanding to nonet size and leaning on his gift for warm, unhurried voicings across brass and reeds. Spaulding, Adams, and Coles color the charts with the same easy soulfulness Pearson brought to his trio dates, just dressed in bigger, richer clothes.

Pressings
The earliest we list is the 1966 US Atlantic stereo, SD3002. The only mono on file is a 1966 US promo of Atlantic 3002, with a laminated sleeve, so a stock mono copy is not something this list can point you to. A 1966 Canadian SD 3002 is the other stereo option. Nothing later appears here, so there is no modern reissue to fall back on.
