The record
A trio date cut in the fall of '59, capturing Hanna's touch at its most lyrical -- Tucker and Burns keeping the pulse light and unobtrusive behind him. Standards-based and unhurried, it's an early showcase for the harmonic sophistication he'd later bring to the Jones/Lewis band and beyond.
