A mid-'70s pairing with Michel Legrand that trades torch-song grandeur for supper-club intimacy, cushioned by a crack New York session crew -- Carter, Tate, Dupree, Tee -- moonlighting from Stuff and CTI dates. Horne's phrasing stays cool and unhurried against Legrand's lush, cinematic charts.
