A tight Paris trio session cut in the fall of 1960, with Michelot and Urtreger -- both fixtures of the era's hard-swinging French scene -- backing the young Humair as leader. Vega captures the drummer early, already showing the crisp touch that would make him one of Europe's most in-demand sidemen.
