Pressings

The earliest on file is the 1964 US Atlantic stereo SD 1418, a Presswell pressing; the US mono of that year appears only as a promo, catalog 1418. The UK took ATL.5011 in mono and SAL 5011 in stereo, also 1964. Atlantic kept SD 1418 in print through reissues in 1969, 1978 and 1979, so the number alone will not date a copy -- read the label design before paying for an early one.
