The record
Cut with a Swedish rhythm section during Gordon's long European sojourn, this set shows the tenorman's behind-the-beat phrasing and huge, unhurried tone applied to the title ballad and a handful of standards. A quieter entry in the SteepleChase run, but it captures the ease Gordon found working steadily abroad through the early '70s.
