The earliest regular pressing on file is the 1966 US mono, BLP 4204, with deep groove, RVG stamp, Plastylite ear and a laminated sleeve; a 1965 mono test pressing of the same number is also listed. Stereo starts as ST 84204, RVG-stamped and laminated, then settles into BST 84204 repressings from 1967. Japan's BNJ 71029 from 1984 carries an RVG stamp. Music Matters cut MMBST-84204 at 45 RPM in 2010.
