Recorded the same week as Go! with the identical quartet, this session finds Gordon in easy command, spinning long behind-the-beat phrases over Sonny Clark's crisp comping. A quieter sibling, no less proof of the chemistry.

The earliest pressing on file here is the 1962 US Blue Note mono, BLP 4133, carrying a Plastylite ear; the stereo BST-84133 is listed the same year and adds an RVG stamp. Blue Note repressed the mono in 1966 and kept BST 84133 going to 1977, including a 1971 UA pressing. Music Matters cut a 45 RPM MMBST-84133 in 2011. The 2017 BLP 4133 on Rat Pack is flagged an unofficial release -- skip it.
