Verve issued this in 1964 in both mono, V-8578, and stereo, V6-8578, both in a laminated gatefold sleeve; US copies also list a deep groove. That is the earliest year on file here, and the UK's VLP 9077 mono is from the same year. Everything later is reissue -- Japan's 1981 gatefold 23MJ 3033, and the 180 gram 00600753545010 that has run in Europe, the US and Japan since 2014.
