Europe followed in 1957 on Philips -- BBL 7121 in Britain, B 07175 L in the Netherlands. Japanese CBS/Sony reissues start in 1971. Columbia repressed CL 897 in 1999, and the 2011 UK reissue PPAN CL897 is a remastered 180 gram mono gatefold.
