The earliest on file here is the 1962 US mono, BLP 4110, with a deep groove and an RVG stamp; the 1962 stereo BST 84110 carries the fuller set -- deep groove, RVG stamp, Plastylite ear and a laminated sleeve. Copies vary inside that year: deep groove both sides, one side only, and a New York USA label with none. By 1966 the stereo had Liberty labels. Analogue Productions' 2009 45 RPM AP-84110 is the audiophile cut.
