Pressings
The earliest pressing on file is the 1965 US Blue Note mono BLP 4162 -- deep groove, RVG stamp, Plastylite ear, laminated sleeve. Stereo BST 84162 came the same year, also with the ear. A 1966 mono repress keeps the deep groove but our data shows no ear on it. From 1967 the stereo runs through Division of Liberty pressings and on to 1975. The mono with the ear is the copy to chase.
