Pressings
The earliest on file is the 1969 US A&M SP-4236, and the US copies split by plant -- Monarch, Pitman and Terre Haute all pressed it, so the jacket and dead wax tell you more than the label does. The record went out almost everywhere that year. The 1970 Japanese AML 51 is the gatefold worth knowing about, and the 1980 Pickwick SPC-3749 is a later reissue.
