The record

Duke's songbook filtered through torch song and gospel fervor, the Malcolm Dodds Singers adding churchy weight behind her piano. Restless, category-averse Simone, mid-Colpix, already reaching past the material at hand.

Pressings

The earliest on file is the 1962 US Colpix mono, CP 425, with stereo SCP 425 alongside it the same year; both turn up as Monarch pressings, and one mono is logged only as a label variation. Overseas 1962 copies include Australia on Pye, PLP 1103, and a Japanese stereo, SMJ-7087. The 1966 UK reissue on Pye Golden Guinea, GGL.0385, is the common one. Recent 180 gram reissues are the cheap way in.

Showing the first pressing, audiophile reissues and copies carrying a collector marker, out of 40 pressings on file.
