The record
Mid-'60s German jazz looking outward, with Doldinger's tenor and soprano riding a rhythm section loosened by Latin-tinged percussion from Cees See. Attila Zoller's guitar and Ingfried Hoffmann's organ add texture to what's otherwise a working quartet date built for groove over grandstanding.

- Peter Trunk — bass
- Cees See — drums, percussion
