The earliest on file is the 1971 German MPS CRM 738 in stereo, laminated sleeve and gatefold; a 1970 German MPS 15 279 ST sits ahead of it in the list but is a promo. The US came later, MB-20738 in 1973 and Pausa PR 7043 in 1974. MPS returned to CRM 738 in 2014 alongside a remastered 180 gram, 0209856MSW, which is the easy modern copy.
