The record
Two trombones out front -- J.J. Johnson and Kai Winding -- with Dick Katz at the piano, Peck Morrison on bass and Al Harewood on drums. A ten-inch Prestige, PrLP 195, that takes a calendar date for its title and runs eight numbers including 'Hip Bones', 'Windbag' and 'Bag's Groove'. Ira Gitler wrote the notes; Rudy Van Gelder cut the lacquer.
