Stereo only in our data -- no mono row appears for this title anywhere in the list. The earliest on file is the 1968 US Solid State SS18039 in a gatefold, with an Abbey-pressed copy the same year and an All Disc repress in 1969. The UK issue was USS 7011, Japan had SR 3029. Solid State returned to SS18039 in 1977 with a grey-bordered gatefold. Later reissues run through Blue Note -- B1-90055 in 1988 and the 180 gram B0029363-01 -- with no audiophile series named in our data.
