The earliest copies we list are the 1965 Warner Bros. issues -- US stereo WS 1611 and mono W 1611, with a Costa Rican stereo, WS-1611, the same year. Italy pressed a mono, WL 1611, in 1967. The plain-number Warner copies, 1611, run from 1973 through 1977 and are marked reissues rather than first stock. Elemental Music's 2025 reissue, 40012, is the current 180-gram option.
